4 WISPA PALOOZA 2018 SHOW I OCTOBER 8 - 12, 201 8 Welcome to Las Vegas & WISPAPALOOZA 2018 L Z OO 2018 It is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to WISPAPALOOZA 2018! While it is the 8th WISPAPALOOZA, it is my first show, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to meet our members, learn from you and provide everyone with opportunities to learn from each other. One of my main goals for WISPA is to make our members’ businesses better and lives easier. And that is exactly what we’re doing here at WISPAPALOOZA with dozens of sessions that address everything from network engineering to human resources. Learn from experts and from each other as we come together to make the fixed wireless industry a shining example of what works in the broadband industry. Vendors from across the world are bringing cutting edge products, new ways to run your business, and the willingness to train you on their equipment. We hope to cram so much learning and opportunity into this week that you’ll keep coming back for more. As WISPA’s first-ever President and CEO, I’m also excited about what this year has already brought and what we have to look forward to in the coming year. Our industry has grown substantially and is poised to grow even further. We are punching above our weight in Washington D.C., have accomplished significant policy victories, and are making sure that the world knows who we are and what we’re capable of. I hope to sit down with many of you during the coming days and visit more of you in the coming months. I want to make sure that this association is working every day for your benefit, and I hope to hear from you what we are doing right and what we can improve upon. But for now, please enjoy the show!
