Broadvox revamps partner program

DALLAS -- Broadvox, a provider of voice over Internet protocol, SIP trunking and hosted communications, unveiled a revamped partner program.

Trusted by 4,000 selling partners and 400 value-added resellers (VARs) nationwide, Broadvox announced increased resources to the channel to meet the needs of agents, VARs, systems integrators and interconnects. These include:

  • All Broadvox sales representatives serve the channel community
  • Broadvox's knowledgeable and well-trained sales and service representatives are centralized in call centers for support, as well as geographically dispersed in markets throughout the United States
  • Broadvox partners can choose between one-time commissions or residual payments
  • Broadvox commonly installs services within days
  • Broadvox’s Sip trunking product portfolio includes full-featured hosted voice with a la carte options, and hosted voice managed

 

Executive Vice President of Sales Chris Gellos joined Broadvox in July. Since then,  his team has enhanced the company’s partner program to capitalize on the Broadvox’s attributes for the benefit of the agent channel and its customers.
