ITC^DeltaCom program adds 100 agents |
Sept.. 3, 2010 |
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – ITC^DeltaCom, Inc., a provider of integrated communications services to customers in Southeastern United States, added 100 new agents to its innovative Exclusive Agent program launched in February.
The program promotes success by providing an end-to-end agent support model, coupled with a unique up front compensation plan.
"Deltacom has supported me every step of the way, from my initial on-boarding and training to creative customer solutions and my first customer install," said Tom Willingham, Data House Inc. "Since signing up as an Exclusive Agent in May, I have seen a substantial positive impact to my business by joining the Deltacom family. It is by far one of the best business decisions I made in the past year."
The Deltacom program has taken the approach to combine upfront commissions with no quota commitment, facilitating its agents to grow their business while retaining the autonomy of their own companies. By participating in the program, Value Added Resellers, individual sales professionals, equipment vendors and integrators become full service telecommunications consultants by bundling Deltacom services with their own offerings.
"The Deltacom program has truly been a win/win for both me and my company. I can provide a more complete solution set to my clients, while partnering with a carrier who values customer care as strongly as I do," said Elisha Dudney, Selectel Communications. "The upfront commission payments have helped me invest in other areas of my company, allowing me to grow my business more quickly."
Deltacom says the program has surpassed initial company expectations, putting it in an excellent position to add new qualified agents in the Southeast. The program is continually enhanced through agent feedback; recently launched elements include updated training, new pricing plans, promotions and Web-based customer management tools.
"We are very pleased with the initial results of the Exclusive Agent Program," said Ken Royer, Vice President of Alternate Channels at Deltacom. "We have forged strong partnerships with our new agents, while building a solid foundation for future program expansion." Deltacom continues to recruit additional Exclusive Agents to its new program.
