Revol, Telespree announce self-management capabilities |

SAN FRANCISCO – Revol Wireless, a regional provider of unlimited contract-free wireless phone service, announced a self-activation and account management capability on its mobile phones powered by Telespree.
With Telespree Communications, a provider of on-device self-service solutions, Revol Wireless subscribers can enroll for new service directly on their handsets without calling customer service or requiring in-store assistance. In addition, subscribers with Web enabled devices can manage their accounts post-activation on their phones.
Revol's automated on-device solution is a key element in supporting its expanding distribution strategy as well as providing a user friendly customer experience.
In addition to being able to activate new service, Revol Wireless customers have access to a full selection of account management features on Web capable devices including: view real time plan information, make payments on their bills, add money to their Revol Bucks accounts which allows them to purchase ringtones, games, entertainment and other downloadable applications and more.
All Telespree applications are tailored to specific carrier business rules and subscriber needs. With Telespree's solutions, carriers are able to minimize customer care and distribution costs while improving the end user experience.
