Aug. 30, 2010 |
LOS ANGELES – TelePacific Communications, a California CLEC providing integrated voice and data telecommunications services to the small and medium-sized business customer segment in California and Nevada, has been named one of Inc. Magazine's Top 100 "Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America" in the 2010 rankings.
The company ranked 84th in the Top 100 Companies on the Inc. 5000 list by gross dollars of growth, having achieved 63 percent growth over the previous three years. 2010 marks the fourth consecutive year that TelePacific has been named to the Inc. list.
"The leaders of the companies on this year's Inc. 5000 have figured out how to grow their businesses during the longest recession since the Great Depression," said Inc. president Bob LaPointe. "The 2010 Inc. 5000 showcases a particularly hardy group of entrepreneurs."
TelePacific has enhanced many of its current products in the past year and is expanding its services this fall with the introduction of TelePacific Mobile. The first offerings are data cards and MiFi hotspots to allow high-speed, 3G wireless access anywhere users can get cellular service. Voice products, including Blackberry devices, and wireless failover will be available later in 2010. The company also enhanced its Ethernet offerings with the addition of Ethernet over Copper (EoC) service now available in most California and Nevada markets. Ethernet services offer customers improved productivity, lower costs, scalable bandwidth and high performance with constant network monitoring.
