PlanetOne forms alliance with Ernest Communications

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- PlanetOne’s announced a strategic industry alliance with Ernest Communications, which will provide POTS - plain old telephone service - through the master agency.

“Ernest fills a real need for us,” said Ted Schuman, CEO of PlanetOne. “They specialize - and excel - in reliable telephone service as the foundation of their business. We see plenty of opportunity to market Ernest given our expansive reach.”

Ernest Communications is headquartered in Norcross, Ga., and is a privately held, family owned company. With more than 60 employees, its customer base is concentrated in retail, banking, healthcare and foodservice industries.

“I’ve known Ted Schuman personally for 14 years and respect the business model he’s built so successfully,” said Jeff Leshin, VP of Sales and Marketing for Ernest.

Ernest Communications is 100% channel driven, according to Leshin, and has been in business for 25 years.
