PhoenixSoft's Cirrus Softswitch provides the technology behind the True Pinless service. Through its features, the Cirrus platform allows True Pinless to offer its customers a way to make low-cost international calls from their mobile phone or residential landline.

True Pinless' long-distance calling service is convenient, reliable and can be used to make international calls around the clock.
